When do you do the set up?
Decorations for your ceremony and reception sites are done 2-3 hours prior to your event.
How much would it cost?
All decorations are custom made and it all depends on what you need. We will work with any budget. You tell us how much you want to spend, we’ll get your covered.
Can you customize decorations / flowers to match my bridal color?
Yes, we will do our best in matching the color. With a swatch the color matching will be easier to match.
When is the deposit due?
A 50% non-refundable deposit should be paid as soon as your decision is made to reserve your date. The final balance is due 90 days prior to your event.
My color changed. How much in advance should I let you know?
You can let us know about your color change no latter than 90 days prior to your event. If your order been placed less than 90 days before your event, and you have changed the color, we can’t guarantee the exact availability and take the right to make a close substitution.
When do I need to finalize the Decorations / Flowers?
Decor / Flowers for the Ceremony and Reception must be finalized 3 weeks prior to scheduled time of the function.
All specifics in regards to what is included in the package are specified in your original contract and Attachment A to the original contract.
I want to see the reception decor on my Wedding Day. Can I do that?
Cupid’s Grandeur Wedding Service does not guarantee complete setup of the space until one hour prior to the start time of the scheduled event. Your set up will be completed one hour before your ceremony or reception.
Additional Fees
Cupid’s Grandeur Wedding Service reserves the right to charge an additional service fee for any additional changes or services that are not specified in the original contract.
Fresh Flowers
The exact colors of flowers may vary to some degree. Orders made 90 days before your Wedding are final.
