She has experience working with geriatrics residents through education, planning, coordinating, personnel management, training, development, and group facilitation. Providing special programs in Nursing Homes and encompassing a wide range of activities and services. Encouraging socialization, provided entertainment, relaxation, fulfillment, and improved daily living skills. Natalie also a founder of OH Young Stars Theatre Group - Youth Children's Theatre Group.
